Hampton Wall

President and Chief Executive Officer

As the president and chief executive officer, Hamp Wall brings more than 20 years of business development, sales and corporate management experience to Perfect Commerce. Prior to Perfect Commerce, Hamp was president of CorMine, a leading procurement services company which merged with Perfect Commerce in July 2007. He also was a divisional president for industrial giant Ferguson Enterprises. Hamp is a graduate of Wake Forest University.

Martial Gerardin

Managing Director, Europe

As managing Director for the European Market with Perfect Commerce, Martial Gerardin brings more than twenty years of professional services experience in IT and Business Consulting activities, as well as in the specific area of the B to B exchanges. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce, Gerardin served as CEO in Answork from 2000 to 2004, and was responsible for Business Development in Industry markets from 1990 to 2000 in SOPRA, a leading IT consulting firm, in the French Market. He started his career being IT Officer in several Industry companies such as Pampryl and Salomon. Martial Gerardin holds a degree of Ecole Centrale de Lille, and a Licence of Economics Science

Tripp Shannon

Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining CorMine in 2004, Tripp Shannon had 18 years of experience in the financial services industry most recently as a Senior Vice President with Wachovia Bank. Tripp became the Chief Financial Officer of Perfect Commerce when it was acquired by Cormine in 2007. Tripp was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Perfect Commerce in 2010. Tripp is a graduate of Colgate University and received a Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002.

Guy Beaver

Chief Information Officer

Guy Beaver leads and oversees the development, delivery and support of all Information Technology at Perfect Commerce. He brings over 25 years of IT experience as a technology executive with a track record of success in leading technology delivery in large, mid-sized and start-up organizations. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce, Beaver served as VP of enterprise engagements with Net Objectives, a leading Lean-Agile consulting firm where he led the transformation of IT organizations in Fortune 500 sized companies. He has served as systems manager for an industry-leading mutual fund organization, where he presided over the delivery of the firm's Web applications for account opening and funds transfers. Guy has a master's and a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University, and co-authored the book, Lean-Agile Software Development: Achieving Enterprise Agility.

Vernon Warner

Senior Vice President, Procurement Services Operations

With a background in electro-mechanical engineering, Vern Warner has more than 16 years of experience in project management including a long tenure with Siemens VDO, where he lead a team of 50 engineering and technology associates involved in new product research and on-going continuous improvement initiatives. Vern holds 13 current and 3 pending U.S patents for technologies that range from electronic signal control, and test and measurement technologies, to spray development for fuel injection systems.

Elmer Letts

Vice President, Professional Services

As vice president of professional services for Perfect Commerce, Elmer Letts brings an extensive background in both Procurement and Manufacturing. His 30 years experience includes being Director of Corporate Sourcing and Vice President of Eastman Kodak, Leader of the Strategic Sourcing Center of Excellence for IBM’s Procurement Consulting practice, as well as being responsible for manufacturing operations in the US, Mexico, and China. Elmer is a graduate of Purdue University.

Jason Vincelette

Vice President, Product Management & Marketing

Jason Vincelette leads the Perfect Commerce product management team that works with our clients, the market, and our engineering group to continuously increase the value of the products brought to our clients. With 10 years of software industry experience, Jason has a strong background in project management, product management, quality, and software engineering. Certified in Pragmatic Marketing, Jason holds a Masters in Management/ e-Commerce from Cambridge College and undergraduate degree in Management of Information Systems.

Nikki Lowe

Vice President of Accounting

Nikki Lowe joined Perfect Commerce in 2011 as the Vice President of Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant with a diverse accounting background that includes audit, forecasting and analysis, M&A and finance team management. Prior to joining the Company, Nikki was the Sr. Director of Finance and Controller for the direct to consumer, multi-channel Spiegel, Newport News and Shape Fx women’s apparel brands. During her tenure at Spiegel, she led the Finance department through a turnaround & bankruptcy period and expansion into brick & mortar as well as third party marketplaces. Nikki gained valuable operational and forecasting experience as part of the acquisitions team of the nation’s largest plumbing wholesale distributor, Ferguson Enterprises. Following receiving her Bachelors in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, she worked as an auditor for Clifton Gunderson and KPMG, LLP.

Michael Bermudez

General Counsel

Mike Bermudez has been an attorney for Perfect Commerce since 2006. Mike is an undergraduate alumnus of James Madison University and a Juris Doctor graduate of The George Washington University Law School. Mike is responsible for all legal issues arising in the course of business. Prior to joining Perfect Commerce, Mike was an associate in a law firm in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Prior to graduating from law school, Mike worked for a national lobbyist, a U.S. Congressman, a U.S. District Court judge, a research institute, and a U.S. federal agency.

Steve Tafaro

Strategic Advisor of Sales and Marketing

As Strategic Advisor of Sales and Marketing, Steve Tafaro brings over 35 years of executive management, sales, and business development experience in the enterprise software, e-commerce, telecommunications and financial services industries to Perfect Commerce. He has held executive positions with IBM and Oracle Corporation, and since 1990 he has been providing business advisory and interim management services to small and mid-sized technology and service-related companies focused on building shareholder value by improving sales performance and marketing effectiveness. He served as president of Bell Atlantic Software Systems; president of IVAX Industry’s Institutional Products Group; president of Fuller Brush Corporation’s Institutional Products Group; VP of Sales and Marketing for Xspand, Inc.; SVP of Sales and Marketing for Financial Technologies, Inc.; and VP of Sales for CyberShift, Inc.
